An nsclient installer

I needed an installer for nsclient to make it easier to install on a mass of machines. As it turns out, there are problems with nsclient and some versions of windows, but if you need an installer for nsclient, then this should serve you well. Note that I use nscp (nsclient++) now, but that also has it's own issues. All "my" code (on this page) is covered by LGPL, or if you need it to be something else, please let me know (if you can find my email :-) ).
